The spices add a wonderful flavor to all kinds of soups and casseroles! In scrambled eggs and omelettes, I mix Cavendars into the batter (it makes the eggs darker in color, but it's so delicious). In spite of the fact that it tastes differently in different foods, my family never gets tired of the flavor. I always give my husband extra canisters as gifts to people because he loves it so much. We have also had it shipped to our foreign country, and it arrived in good condition.
This was not clear that it was LOADED with msg, and therefore it is not returnable. There's no way to send this back, and my blood pressure makes it impossible for me to use this.
