Questions & Answers

I'm not sure if it's $7 or not. A pack of two costs ten dollars. Cans with a capacity of 5 ounces?

It's been a while since I bought anything, but I recall getting two of them, one for myself and the other to give away. I'm not sure if they were singles or if they came in a pack of two. Sorry

The container says it contains sugar, but it doesn't say how much - What is the sugar content of this seasoning?

There is no mention of. It includes a nutrition label as well as a list of "other ingredients." 5 other spices, plus sugar etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc

Although the spice blend is fantastic, the finished product is lacking
3/5

It's a lot saltier than it needs to be. To make sure I'm being completely honest, I looked up the ingredients on the small can, which are as follows: black pepper, and salt corn starch is a type of starch. oregano, hydrolyzed corn (? ), garlic, mono sodium glutamate (It's difficult to see) soy protein, sugar, onion powder, spice extractives, parsley, and five other spices I don't have enough information to make a copycat version, but I'll figure out a way to reduce the sodium (I'm allowed and use salt moderately), which is a shame because, like another reviewer's husband, I could eat it on almost anything. It's got a nice kick to it, and I'm looking forward to trying it with Aleppo pepper flakes. Actually, I think I could get closer to my requirements by adding smoked and/or Hungarian paprika, as well as a similar Italian seasoning blend. I'd be a happy camper and buy more for myself and gifts if the Cavender powers that be could just come up with a less sodium, low sodium, or no sodium version. The container is perfect in every way: The appearance, size, feel, ease of use, illustration, and, I suppose, the bar code for scanning; And I hope that my review clarifies the two-tiered rating system. a rating of five stars.

For salads, this is a fantastic Greek seasoning
5/5

I love the flavor of the seasoning, and my granddaughter is obsessed with Greek salads. I make a dressing for Greek salads with this seasoning, olive oil, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar, and this kid eats it up. I started using it years ago, and over time, I had to look in different stores because the stores that I frequented stopped carrying it. Eventually, I started buying it at Walmart, and it became difficult to find it there as well. I was overjoyed to find it, and I use it on pork chops and fish. The spice combination that this is made from has a distinct and different flavor than other mixtures that you may purchase this evening is especially good with salads. We use the homemade dressing that I mentioned earlier in this comment, and salads made from romaine lettuce, feta cheese, black olives, and whatever else you want to put in it but usually the feta cheese.

Containers that are extremely small
3/5

This seasoning is out of this world - There is no need to be concerned - I suppose I should have focused more on the "3. " I don't deal in ounces, so the "25 oz" part is irrelevant to me. I assumed these were the same size as the disposable salt and pepper shakers I'm used to seeing at the grocery store, but they're not, so keep that in mind before ordering. I thought I'd stock up for a while, but these have already sold out. I'm only now getting around to writing my review:.

Seasoning to die for! This seasoning has a magical quality to it
5/5

It tastes great with chicken, fish, beef, pork, rice, and noodles, among other things!! So far, I haven't come across anything that doesn't work! Contains the following: br> salt, black pepper, corn starch, garlic, MSG, oregano, hydrolyzed corn soy protein, sugar, onion powder, parsley, and 5 other spices are among the ingredients. (At least, that's what the label says. ) br>Says it was packed in the United States.

I've never used a better seasoning on lamb than this
5/5

If you cook frequently, you've most likely developed a set of favorite seasonings for various main courses. You might have one for beef, another for chicken, yet another for fish, and so on. Cavender's lamb chops are my absolute favorite. To be honest, the only reason I didn't give it a higher rating for versatility was because I haven't tried it on anything else, though I'm sure it would be fantastic in Greek chicken. br>br>To be honest, if I'm thinking of making lamb, I almost don't want to do it unless I have this Cavender seasoning on hand.

I've been using Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning for years, ever since I first visited Anderson's for their famous pea soup
5/5

Their tables were occupied by Cavender's. I've used this wonderful seasoning on a variety of foods over the years, and it's a nice touch on chicken, seafood, and eggs. My children, grandchildren, and now my great-grandchildren have all added it to their spice cabinets after hearing about it from me. grandson or granddaughter I continue to use it and recommend it to others.

Years ago, a family member introduced me to this spice, which she used when she hosted a party
5/5

I've been buying it on a regular basis since then, but I've been looking for it in my local stores for the past year and no one has it. So when I saw it was available on Amazon, I quickly ordered two bottles. This stuff is incredible, and it has such a great flavor that it enhances the flavor of whatever you use it on.

It goes well with everything
5/5

It was given to me as a gift many years ago because I am of Greek descent. It's used as a seasoning for meats and vegetables. Before baking or grilling, marinate the chicken in this and lemon juice. great! Salad dressing made with emulsified oil and vinegar (add kalmada olives and feta to the salad and you're on Corfu).
