Following the first use, I reordered. I tried it on a chicken leg and it turned out to be fantastic. If you want some heat, add some cayenne pepper; if you want full flavor and sweetness, order this. I'm experimenting with country style park ribs smoked with mesquite and will report back on my findings.
You will not be dissatisfied with this purchase. I've never had a better rub. I bought more soon after finishing the first bottle, and I've given some to friends. I combine a little of this with brown sugar and rub it on smoked pork chops before simply searing the outsides. It goes well with chicken and pork. On my beef, I use a different brand's flavor. You will not be let down!.
I've had this seasoning before, but it was from a different source. But I ran out and couldn't find it anywhere else, so I went to Amazon and found it, and it was exactly the same as before. I used it on some St Louis Ribs and was very pleased with the results.
However, there's no denying that this is a one-of-a-kind BBQ flavor. br>OZ/Price: br>OZ/Price: br>OZ/Price Because the container is so large, it's more affordable than you might think. br>To summarize: If the price remains high, I'm not sure I'll buy it again, but if you use BBQ seasoning frequently, it's a nice change of pace.
3. 8/5*.
This rub is one of my favorites and goes with just about anything. There's a hint of cherry in my mouth. It has a good flavor and is both sweet and salty. It's also good sprinkled on apples. Try it. You will not be sorry.
I was tired of salt-based rubs and was told about this one, which has sugar as the first ingredient. I used it on a tri-tip steak and it was delicious. I used a sous-vide technique to prepare the meats. for 5 hours, then finished with more rub to sear and form a crust; it was delicious. The "bark," as well as the underlying flavor, were excellent. The sugar caramelizes to perfection!.
It's a fantastic dry rub to use. When I first got my Green Egg, I began using this. I decided to try making my own after a year of using it. After a few years of trial and error, I've finally figured out how to make my own dry rub. . . . This is what I'm doing for my ribs again. It's a fantastic dry rub to use.
My ribs should be sweet and spicy. This sweet rub pairs well with a smoky barbecue sauce. It's my go-to rib sauce, and we're starting to use it as a rub on our smoked brisket and tritip.
