Questions & Answers
No, I don't believe it's kosher, but it's a fantastic rub.
Gluten-free and without msg. And it's now certified as non-GMO.
The other one is spicy, but I'm not a fan. This is my all-time favorite spice, and I use it in everything.

I won this in a "white elephant" Christmas gift bag, to begin with. The present itself was a little cheesy, but it did contain a small bottle of Rufus Teague's gold. br>br>I gave it a try, not expecting much given the lameness of the gift, only to discover that it is by far my favorite pork rib rub. br>br>As a career fat guy, I've had the opportunity to try all of them. I've tried rib rubs from Meat Church, Kosinski, Killer Hogs, and others, but I always return to Rufus Teague. br>br>I'm not a proponent of it. I'm not a competitive BBQer, but I've won first place in a charity cook-off twice with this rib rub. br>br>Well worth a try, and I'll be purchasing more. br>br>Congratulations on your excellent work!.
Until I tried this Rub, I used to spend hundreds of dollars on various marinades and other expensive items to marinate the meat in. I haven't turned around since that time. I don't just buy one bottle when I'm out of something. I buy enough that I won't run out for a long time; keep up the good work, folks; you've got a winner here, and I'll keep buying it as long as you keep making it.
Meat Rub. Look, I'll tell you straight up: I'm a steak and grill guy! I absolutely adore grilling and pounding meat with both hands on a daily basis! br>br>THIS RUB IS THE ONLY RUB I WILL USE ON MEAT, THE FLAVOR IS PERFECT, IT DOESN'T DRY THE MEAT OUT WHEN COOKED, AND IF YOU LIKE TO MARINADE, THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR! Rufus was well-versed in the rub, and he executed it flawlessly! And you can bet I'd reach for the R if I were asked to grill for Jesus. Teague!.
On meat, this rub has a great flavor. It has just the right amount of seasonings, which aren't overpowering, as is the trend these days.
br>The best commercial rub for most meats, in my opinion. br>I let my steaks dry age for a day or two in the refrigerator. They're the best steak they've ever had, according to my guests. br>I keep mine in the freezer to preserve the delicious flavor. You'll enjoy it if you try a few. br>Unlike most, it's not overly salty.
You only need a small amount on both sides of any meat you like, and it transforms a tasty steak into an amazing delicious steak. When I run out of it, I'll come back for more. It's a bit pricey, but it's well worth it!.
Rufus is one of the few seasonings on the market that does not contain any preservatives. It's hard to come by in stores, so this double pack, which arrived quickly, will last a long time; we use it on everything we grill and enjoy it.
We use it frequently in our cooking because it enhances the flavor of the food. We had to order it from Amazon because our local market no longer carries it.
