When it comes to smoking chicken, Clucker Dust is my "go to" product. In my inventory, I have at least 35 dry rubs. Clucker Dust is without a doubt the best chicken rub on the market. br>br>It has a strong flavor without a lingering aftertaste. I like my meat spicy, but I've never had anyone complain about it being too flavorful, even if they aren't big eaters. br>br>Buy chicken bone broth whenever possible. skin on the inside Preheat your smoker or indirect grill to 230 degrees Fahrenheit. Pull the skin away from the chicken, but leave the edge attached. Give the bottom of the piece a decent cover. Flip it over. Cover the piece with the skin and coat the top side. It's also a good idea to apply a layer of protection to your skin. br>br>Cook to a temperature of 155°F on the inside. Cook for 90 seconds on each side in a reverse sear on the grill, until the skin is crispy candy (if using the skin). You'll never eat chicken like this again. Both the day you prepare it and the days that follow will be juicy.
This rub is one of my favorites. It adds a wonderful flavor to chicken. Simply put on one of those masks we're required to wear everywhere these days, as well as a nice pair of goggles. br>WARNING: USE WITH CAUTIOUSNESS. br>It gets up my nose, in my eyes, and in the back of my throat every time I use it, and I feel like I've been maced and tear gassed just sprinkling it on a few chicken thighs. It has a lot of power.
Pellets were used to smoke the meat until it reached 165 degrees on the inside. Perfection in every way. The flavor was fantastic, with hints of tartness, saltiness, sweetness, and smokiness. It's wonderful that I came across it.
I use it on chicken, vegetables, and fried potatoes in addition to chicken. It's sweet at first, then savory, with a hint of heat at the end.
The color it provided, as well as the taste, were both excellent. Every year, the family looks forward to it!.
I've tried a lot of different chicken rub seasonings in the past, and I've finally found one that I really like. It's packed with flavor and goes great with chicken!.
My favorite smoked meat from my smoker is smoked chicken. I've finally nailed down my go-to chicken rub. I really enjoy it.
I'm usually picky about seasonings and such, but this stuff is just right: spicy but not too hot. It's versatile enough that I use it to improve pastas, macaroni and cheese, pizzas, soups, and just about anything else. On grilled chicken, however, it's fantastic.
