What would you do with a Thanksgiving turkey if you tried this? I'm thinking of combining it with some butter and applying it to the skin. ?

Turkey will benefit greatly from this. I use it on chicken, and I'm planning to use it to smoke a turkey for Thanksgiving.

In my house, this is a must-have item
5/5

If you're planning on grilling, This is a great all-around base rub. As is, it's fantastic. It's great on its own or mixed with other rubs, and it's also great in an injection sauce. We used to buy the smaller 6oz bottles, but we ran out of them too quickly. This big boy has a lot of quirks. We just use the large bottle to refill the small bottles now! If you're on the fence about purchasing this item, go ahead and do so.

Sauce is not required
5/5

This rub is out of this world. I gave up eating ribs a long time ago. I was watching bbq pitmaster and noticed that the contestants who won used this rub. I started looking it up right away, and when I found it on Amazon, I ordered it. Needless to say, I now eat ribs again, and I always make ribs with this run at any picnic/bbq or other type of function, and I always get rave reviews; these are the best ribs I've ever had. I also tried it on pork chops and steak, which were both good, but ribs have the best flavor for me. You have the option of marinating or not marinating. In any case, the flavor is fantastic. You're not going to be let down. br>If you don't want to use bbq sauce, use this rub on the ribs. THE BEST,.

My Go To
5/5

After trying a lot of rubs, this one is by far my favorite. One of my biggest gripes with rubs is that you can't really taste the flavor or that BBQ flavor that we all love. This isn't one of them. It has a delicious flavor and goes well with almost any dish. This brand, on the other hand, is known for its pork, and I give it an A.

Great spice, but the listing and seller are deceiving
3/5

This is an excellent run, possibly the best I've ever used. At a nearby store, I purchased smaller containers. I came across this 5 lb. Amazon has a bag. There were a couple of sellers who had it, but I chose this one because the listing included a shaker container. It didn't come with the shaker, and the seller simply stated that they couldn't get it any longer, which is understandable. However, they stated that they were unable to change the photo, despite the fact that changing the photo is not difficult for someone who has sold on Amazon. I just think it's deceptive.

The best tasting rub on the market
5/5

This business was recommended to me by a friend who competes in bbq competitions. We use this rub on everything from beef steaks to ribs, chicken, and pork because it has a sweet flavor while still maintaining the bbq flavor. It doesn't take a lot to flavor your meat, and I've found that letting it sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes helps the rub stick to the meat so it doesn't fall off when you put it on the grill.

It's brisket all the way! For our much-requested wedding brisket, we rely on this product
5/5

The issue of packaging has arisen. Because the pieces were not in the bubble wrap envelope, the shaker top was broken prior to packaging. It had always been shipped in a box with air pillows prior to this order. We will continue to order this item despite the fact that the container was not sealed and the product was not damaged.

It's lit! If you're a serious BBQ pit master, this is the gear you'll need
5/5

I understand that many of you believe that a serious pitmaster would create their own rub- I've also-- This, on the other hand, accomplishes the task. I first bought it a couple of years ago at Joe's Kansas City (the one in the KCK gas station), and I'm so glad I can now order it online!br>br>Of course, I can't leave well enough alone-- As a result, I mix one part brown sugar with three parts EAT. Spareribs or brisket should be rubbed 36 times before cooking. Your friends will be blown away by the results if you wait 38 hours before turning on the stove. br>br>(Full disclosure: I am the author of this article. ) I've managed to persuade several acquaintances that the EAT stands for Eric A's Team, and that the guy on the bottle is me, despite the fact that I have a shaved head, occasional glasses, and facial hair. It's not. However, I enjoy having a good time with such things.

We gave it a try on a couple of Cornish game hens the other day, and they turned out great.
