I find this rice to be very interesting. Though it was a bit pricey for such a small volume, I'm glad I had a chance to try it out. A small grain that looks attractive The descriptions are fascinating. I think they give you a solid idea of what wild grains must have been like in an earlier era. I think the most attractive thing is that these earlier products tend to be FAR more nutritional than mass-produced products. The commercial ones we have now have been produced. The vendor sent it out very quickly and packaged it well. The vendor and product you can try are both recommended if you are interested in trying ancient grains.
