I think it's good for me as well. Using my rice cooker, I cooked one cup of rice at a time There is a 3 rice to 1 I love the taste of this! The texture of an object is lovely. The fact that it is organic and from Canada makes it even more impressive! In the near future, I will purchase more food for my Please edit it that a lead warning label was included on the packet - another reviewer mentioned it as well. It would be good to have more information on this in rice. Not interested in reading studies that are more like meta-analyses It would be nice to find an analysis, but I didn't find any.
