I have been using the wild rice grown in old glacial lakes in Northern Minnesota for the last ten years, and I must say that it has great flavor and quality. With regards to using the product, I recommend that you soak the wild rice in hot water overnight or for a few hours until it absorbs water and becomes tender. The product is reasonably priced and shipping is fast. I have no complaints about its service. Cook for 20 minutes after decanting the water and topping it up with fresh water.
