My experience with the brand is quite disappointing as I have bought it at the grocery store several times in the past. I opted to purchase the product from Amazon and it failed the taste test, I was a little dumbfounded since I've purchased it from the grocery store many times in the past. You can see some pictures, the left one is from Amazon, and the right one As you can see, the rice in these containers looks very different from each other. * both were opened at the same time and were cooked in the same manner side by side. * both were purchased from Amazon. It is hard for me to make rice. I have brown and Basmati rice. I tried making this rice and it was awful. A rancid oil smell accompanied the plasticky odor.
