How many 1/4c serving sizes are there for dry rice and how many are for cooked rice? My diet requires me to count carbs and this rice is low carb. Can you help me with that?

I am very allergic to this! As you can see in the picture, I have real organic black rice on the left, Elan Organic Ancient Grains rice in the middle, and on the right is a mixed bag we added about 20% of In order to add more nutrition to our eating habits, I purchased the Elan rice

Although I just had my largest portion and almost had to go to the ER, I just had my largest portion. In just a few minutes, my throat started closing up, I couldn't stop coughing, and I coughed up about a quarter There is nothing on this rice I'm allergic to or sensitized to, so I believe there is not a food item on it. This order arrived in an unusually black colour, and I was quite shocked at the appearance. The internet revealed that some black rices actually do not consist of whole grains, but are dyed to give the appearance of blackness. gave it a try anyway, and it tasted fine. However, after my allergic reaction, we have learned my father has been having more severe attacks of angina in the past few months, one of which caused him to go to the hospital. When I had the larger portion on my own, I started having reactions, but was unable to identify them until a certain point. The rice that I purchased does not live up to its advertised quality. Unless your seeing natural variations of black in the grains, I would only recommend buying black rice from Taiwan or from places that you see a variation of natural black in the grains, not the solid black apparent There was a chance that this could have been disastrous to my family, so buy with caution.

The rice is fine for me to eat, I have no bad reactions to it, however it is clearly Three times rinsing was not enough to remove the dark water. This dye doesn't seem to be comfortable to eat, and I wonder what color it originally was. This is a bad purchase.
