It's delicious, and I really enjoy it. It's quickly become my favorite, though I also enjoy their garlic flavor. The mushrooms and herbs, I believe, add nutritional value to the dish. Their couscous is one of my favorite dishes. It's incredibly simple to put together. It's a delicious side dish that's also suitable for vegetarians. And it's so filling that if you're short on food, you could eat it all by itself.
This stuff comes in a variety of flavors; I've tried a few of them. The next day's leftovers have a raunchy odor, while the others last about three days. It's possible that the mushrooms are the source of the odor, but it tastes great as soon as it's ready.
On camping trips, we always bring a box or two of these, and they're fantastic! It's a game changer to have a nice warm carbohydrate for dinner after getting everything set up in the rain or snow. Couscous is a great camp food to warm up with if you're looking for something quick and easy.
7 oz. The consistency was fine, but the flavor was excessively salty! To compensate, I had to add twice as much water, and even then, this dish isn't worth raving about. In addition, the packaging is flimsy: When one arrived, the contents had spilled all over the place. Fortunately, Amazon sent another box in its place. I've tried other products from this brand and found them to be far better tasting and contain significantly less SALT.
The couscous box was smashed, dusty, and leaking couscous from a tear in the corner when it arrived. The shipping box was undamaged and in perfect condition. br>br>In the future, I'll probably avoid purchasing food from Amazon. br>br>However, Near East herbed chicken couscous is fantastic.
