It's very easy to make and pairs well with other flavors (I usually sauté some tomatoes, garlic, and scallions before mixing it in). It's a hit with my 11-month-old daughter as a meal and a sensory toy.

Ideal for a salad with couscous

I like and trust Bob's RedMill as a brand, and I originally chose this for the color. However, the pearl couscous is better for salad than regular couscous because of its smaller size. I am certain that I will purchase it again.
