Questions & Answers
Hello, Couscous should be stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry location, preferably the refrigerator or freezer. When properly stored, it can last up to 24 months.
I have no idea. I assumed it was, but the package is no longer with me.
I discarded the packaging. Oregon is the home of Bob's red mill.

It had the typical grainy flavor and taste, and it smelled great right out of the bag, filling your kitchen with a wonderful aroma while you cook. However, it readily absorbs the flavor of any spices or herbs added to it. I simply adore how easy and quick couscous is to prepare: Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the couscous, and cook for 10 minutes. It only took me 15 minutes to finish! The grains are medium in size, which I find to be ideal. You can also experiment with the amount of water suggested on the package (a little less or a little more depending on how soft and mushy you prefer it).
I eat this standing up instead of waiting for a plate to microwave it on because it's so good. This is also something I eat as a snack. It's delicious!.
Bob's products are great, but I haven't tried them yet.
The couscous is well-priced and tasty. I use chicken broth with a little butter, and after boiling and adding the couscous, it only needs to sit for a few minutes before being fluffed into a delicious side dish.
It's delicious and a lot less work than ramen!.
Cooks quickly as well. For Mother's Day dinner, I prepared some Mediterranean couscous, which was delicious! Bob's Red Mill is always a good choice.
Similar to what I experienced in Morocco and Tunisia.
