Brown lentils are used in place of green lentils

I expected green lentils, but instead received brown lentils. Although I understand that these are not the same as the French Lentils de Puy, they should not be labeled as green. For good measure, there are a few yellow lentils thrown in. Wow. I am extremely dissatisfied and will not purchase from this seller in the future!.

My oh my! These are without a doubt the best lentils I've ever eaten

It's one of those times when you realize how much you've been missing out on. For longer than I care to admit, I've been making lentil soup, which is more like stew. At the very least, 60 These are absolutely stunning! Not the dingy, dusty items found in supermarkets. Exceptionally tasty! Not a bowl of mush, but cooked lentils that look like lentils. With the olive oil, onions, garlic, celery, carrots, Italian sausage, broth, and rice, they hold their own. Salt and pepper are optional. Lentils are fantastic.
