Not only were these a great source of protein, but they were also a great deal! br>As you can see, I keep my beans in glass jars in the kitchen, but even after filling this large jar, I still had leftovers to store in my pantry as a back-up.

I'm not a fan. They're fine, but they don't have the same flavor as my yellow split peas. The flavor is less sweet. We couldn't find any organic yellow split peas that were better, so we tried these. We're not sure we'll use them much! Bummer!.

For the past year, I've been using 24 Mantra products and have been very pleased with their quality. Toor dal is not a bright yellow, but rather a dull yellow, which is the natural color of dhal. This product would be a 5 star if only the price parity could be achieved.

I received a package that was infested with pests, and the dal grains had been eaten in half by insects. br>I would not purchase this brand again.
