This is the same as Toor Dal, or any other lentil in India?

There are many varieties of Indian dal, and I am unaware of what Toor Dal looks like, but this can easily be substituted with authentic Indian dal in Indian recipes. Since it is softer than French lentils and cooks rapidly, this can easily be used in Indian recipes. It would be nice if consistency existed. This Golden Ones pack came with a hole on the bottom of its package, most likely caused by the transportation process. They cook faster if they are golden or red in color. There is a longer wait time for black ones. I love every single one of them. On the pictures you can see a dish with golden lentils As it made its way to the plate, the bag was removed. To eat them, I sprinkle paprika on them and add sour cream. Take a look!.
