I've been using XyolSweet for about 5 years and would not consider using anything else. In addition to being the best buy (in the 5 # bag), I also believe it is the purist. There are a lot of comments in the reviews saying it is made from corn, but my research indicates otherwise. Instead of GMOs, it should be 100% GMO-free Byproducts of the birch tree are free of charge. Still, you need to do your own research if you are skeptic.
