Still no luck after checking the expiration date on my coffee creamer. After getting a few packets of Splenda from my daughter's house, I made my coffee once I'm so glad. It has been a long time since I was able to drink good coffee. Would there be a chance I received a defective Is there any word on a recall? Neither myself nor anyone else will be using this box any longer.
It has been several times that I've purchased from this seller with no problems, and I've always received the product in the original Splenda packaging. The Splenda in question is not of normal quality. Coffee tasted differently at first, which led me to notice this. Then, when this was added to a glass of tea that isn't as strong as coffee and smell noticed the smell, which was not normal. It is awful that I believe it is the Splenda that has been making me sick every morning after coffee, and I did not realize that it was the Splenda until I smelt the Splenda in tea that had been causing the sickness. It's scary because we are not sure what's wrong with the Splenda or what it is at all - or even what it is. We've used other sweeteners that weren't ordered from Amazon before with the same coffee and tea products and they taste fine. The star rating should be removed and there should be something done to ensure the product is not sold again. When I purchased it, I did not feel like it was necessary to read reviews since it was Splenda and I assumed I would know what I was getting. I have since gone back and checked reviews and it appears others have had similar problems as well.
