I'm glad I can get individual ingredients instead of pre-mixed mixes that I just have to add water to. My daughter is a young scientist in the kitchen, learning in a unique hands-on way, and our family and friends can enjoy special recipes that may only be found in bakeries or confectioneries that we can't access during quarantine.
