Jam is made with the best pectin ever! When it comes to jam or jelly, this pectin is excellent since it requires more berries or other fruit than You are basically eating sugar if you eat pectins, since most of them are the opposite of pectin! The pectin also does not cook the berries (or whatever fruit you're using) because you add the crushed fruit after the sugar, pectin, and water have been added

During the past minute, the water has been boiling! Thus, the jam you make tastes like the fruit you used to make it! This is something my mother used before me, and I've used for years, but it isn't always easy to locate. My home is now Maui, and no, I can't go anywhere without an air conditioner! There are not many products that have low sugar or low fat! Pectin that contains less sugar won't fail to meet your expectations with Sure Jell!.

The product I use to make jam is this one. The directions are clearly written, and it is easy to use. I make jams sometimes that are a little soft, but it could be that I am doing something wrong. am not bothered by this, the taste is always good.
