Although it states on the jar that freezer jam needs only one minute cooking, it is sometimes advisable to cook the jam for longer. This is the first time I have used it this way I have no idea If you have questions, their website would be a good place to look.
As for jelly and jam, yes, I use it both ways.

There was an expiration date on this product. Both containers were completely rubbed off with the date. It was only when I looked closely at the expired section and saw the engraved date that I realized it had expired. I love how this kind of business is done. What a wowie!.
It has become increasingly difficult to obtain this type of pectin due to the pandemic. As I make a lot of jam and jellies, this is my favorite brand. As opposed to buying single boxes or liquid pectin, this type of package is much more economical. I recommend this brand, as it dissolves easily and has a great gel. The product is always a good buy, it is a competitive price, and it would always recommend it.
Before using it, I had never heard of this product, but when I tried it, I absolutely I was able to make my jelly pop much better with this.
It was exactly what I was looking for.
Powdered pectin is just as easy to use as gell pectin. It is important to introduce the powdered pectin at a different time in your recipe than you would introduce the gel Pectin from Ball is used for this product. This flavor has a great flavor, and it gives good results. Also seems to be going in the right direction. I buy less as a result.
I use it for my ball jam maker and it works great.
