Just opened the box today, and what I got was different from what is advertised in the picture. What you get will be entirely different from what you see in the picture. As well as the protective seal on my container, it was broken.
Ball Pectin Flex Batch is the product we choose for jam and jelly making. We are always pleased In comparison to packets I can more easily find locally, I prefer the flex batch packaging, as I can measure out just the right amount for what we need. Our order was placed early in the year, and we are glad we did, since everyone seemed to have gotten into canning during the quarantine period.
On February 13, I ordered this. On 2/16, 217, and 2/18, the conference was cancelled. The package will now ship on Tuesday, February 20. I think maybe. There have been many times when I have used Ball Pectin. I am unsure about the exact container as it is missing. I think this is a good product.
When I use this pectin, I can make perfect jelly with six tablespoons.
White grape jelly is one of my favorite things to eat. I grow Niagara grapes. As a result, grapes often make syrup instead of jelly, since it is hard to get a nice set on grapes. It turned out perfectly when I followed the directions for the reduced sugar!.
Although I regularly use this product, I have found it to be very effective.
The fact that this allows me to make batches of various sizes is appealing to me.
The fact that it is still expired and that it is a lesser product despite the price being too high leads me to believe that it has already expired.
