There are no other ingredients in this recipe besides RAW shelled pumpkin seeds. There are no preservatives or additives in these plump green pumpkin seed kernels (pepitas). The texture of these RAW dried pumpkin seeds is malleable, chewy, and has a subtle sweet and nutty flavor. For crunchier roasted seeds, roast for 15 minutes at 325-350 degrees Fahrenheit in the oven.
Vegan and keto-friendly options are available. These raw pumpkin seeds can be used in a variety of ways. Bars, cookies, granola, and trail mix are all great uses for this versatile ingredient. Make seed butter or use them in sauces and dips by toasting and grinding them.

Pumpkin seeds are a little more expensive than they should be, in my opinion. These haven't been grown in the United States. Will come up with something!.
