There are human beings as well! A pumpkin seed is a favorite treat of my pet birds, but it has to Pure and fresh, they are in perfect condition. They are appreciated by everyone in our household. Although these are not easy to find in the store, I had not realized how difficult it can be to seek out raw, unsalted pumpkin seeds in the shell.

I love how delicious it is. They are not roasted so they won't have the crunch of roasted nuts The reason I purchase them is because I like them so much. The seeds should be large and fresh I like the flavor of this. I was able to avoid unhealthy snacks because of this great snack.
