They were just OK, nothing to write home The soil in China is extremely unhealthful, which is why I don't like them being grown there. It seems like I have already reviewed this, but I am still willing to do it. I love the freshness and flavor of the Pumpkin Seeds. The ones I store in the freezer are guaranteed to stay fresh (they thaw instantly), but it isn't necessary for them to stay on the shelf permanently. Despite the tight seal, the bag is easy to open.
