PLANTERS Pistachio Lover's Mix, 1.15 lb. Resealable Canister - Deluxe Pistachio Mix: Pistachios, Almonds & Cashews Roasted in Peanut Oil with Sea Salt - Kosher, Savory Snack

The packaging says, "Pistachios, Almonds, Cashews. ". The first ingredient is pistachios, so I would expect more of them in this dish. Almonds dominated the first can to a high degree (70 percent+). Based on reviews, it seems to be a very common complaint. It was hard to chew the pistachios in my can because they were dark, overcooked, When I first started throwing away cashews, they looked bug-eaten and they had spots to the nuts with black or dark spots. They were often broken and had spots that looked like bug bites. A few of them deserved their own photograph, so I took some. As a result, I'm not happy since I paid for a premium product and I see that I received a 2nd or 3rd. As of this writing, I am not aware of any good alternatives to these, nor can I recommend them to anyone. On the side of the can, there is a number that I will try to call next week to see if this can be sorted out. When I have more information, I will post more updates.

I was so excited to try them! The can arrived today and my smile turned to disbelief when I opened it! There were not a lot of cashews in the box, but there were a lot of almonds in there, and the pistachios were too roasted to the point where some were burnt! There is no good taste in that! My life will never be the same if I ever purchase Planters pistachios again. We invite anyone who likes these to pick up a bag of Fiddymans Pistachios and see what pistachios are supposed to taste like!.

The night before, I pack a little bit and have a bit for breakfast at work every day. Having this mix at the desk allows you to snack guilt-free. Nuts are always delivered in a sealed container and in excellent condition. I wouldn't say too much Salted just the way I like it, just the right amount. There is no doubt in my mind that you should check this out!.

We found the pistachios in this mix to be old and rotten. We liked the almonds and cashews, but the pistachios made the mix taste bland. Since I love all three of these nuts, I was really looking forward to trying this mix, but I was incredibly disappointed. The nuts were spoiled. I will not be ordering these nuts again, since they are way too expensive for spoiled nuts.

Fortunately, Planters offers them through Amazon for a similar price, which allows me to avoid making a trip to the old brick and mortar store. The amount of nuts I eat a week it really varies. Nuts are a good source of fat and protein for vegans, since they usually consist of mostly plant-based material. It is a great value and I have worked my way through most retail nuts. I have not found anything that is close in both quality and quantity of high quality nuts.

While I have tried all kinds of mixed nuts, this is by far my favorite. Indeed, I ordered another one after I finished the first one. It is abundant with cashews, pistachios, and almonds they all have a large, fruity flavor. It is the perfect mix of all my favorites, and I've so far gained five pounds, but it has been worth it (for now, at least). My spring and summer clothes will have to wait until I can fit into them). All in all, I think this mix is fantastic This is a great deal and I intend to make it my go-to It is now my goal to mix. A hint for you All the nuts I didn't need I put You can get them out at any time and they'll be fresh and last forever Put them in an airtight container, which will help them stay fresher even longer. You will be a happy nut lover after this experience. I'm going to keep my word.

UPDATE The two tins of this blend I purchased this time had hardly any cashews in them - I have purchased several of them now. I bought one of the smaller ones and the other of the larger one (the same size as my previous purchase). I was very disappointed because there were only five cashews in each of these. It is by far the best mix I have ever tried, but I have some complaints about the quality control, or whatever that does the job of evenly mixing cashews. It doesn't make me happy to see those two last ones.

There is nothing more offensive to pistachios than these. The time period. Nuts were completely saturated in peanut oil when this entire can was opened. Though I understand that this is Planters, did they need to use so much oil on the pistachios? By doing this, all nuts taste the same and are completely devoid of flavor. Their dark colour, oily exterior, and tasteless interior makes them somewhat unappealing. few simple steps such as roasting and salting would have improved this product innumerably. My favorite nut is the pistachio, and being from California I can find them in the markets here regularly, but due to the pandemic I started to order some food items online. This was among the worst purchases I've I am sorry to inform you that you are not getting the real deal when you buy these pistachios.

Pistachios make up about 50% of this recipe. would like to see Planters name other mixes by types of nuts they contain. The most popular mixes in the premium line, for example, contain up to 50% almonds (it feels like peanuts are today's premium mix). I also loved the pistachios during the other nuts.

This was also fresh - where else can you get pistachios like this? A problem I had when purchasing nuts via Amazon was stale or rancid nuts.
