I hold this bag in front of me, and they are processed in a facility that DOES operate with peanuts and tree nuts, AND soy may also be present.

It was our first time to order these pecans and were very pleased! when I received my shipment the second time, it came with all the pieces broken into As well as looking dry (unlike my first order), they seem to be very fragile.
