Questions & Answers

Why does the package say 24 oz. but also 1 lb.?

Because it says "1 pound 8 ounces" and "24 ounces" on the package. 1 pound equals 16 ounces, and 16 8 equals 24. However, you inquired three years ago, and the labe could have been incorrect. Since then, a lot has changed.

Is this a roasted version?

They aren't roasted, to be clear.

Is this steam pasteurized or chemically treated?

I'm not sure. They tasted great in pies and salads, and there was no aftertaste.

Is pesticide used on them?

There is no indication on the package that they are organic or that they were grown without pesticides.

Believe it or not, this is one of the cheapest pecans on the market, and I wondered why they were so good. I started eating a lot of pecans a couple of years ago and was looking for a good deal on them because I eat a lot of them. These are fantastic, and I'm thrilled that Amazon offers them. THANKS.

They're fresh, have a good price, and have a good flavor
5/5

I make a keto/low carb/high fat cereal with these nuts. So far, the quality of the product has remained consistent.

The standard has deteriorated

They were good when I first ordered them, sweet and meaty. br>Last but not least, the bags have dried up, which is a disgrace.

Only purchase nuts that you are confident are of good quality

They're extremely dry and flavorless. I'm not sure if they're fresh or not, but they're definitely not Georgia pecans. It's not a good idea to eat out of the palm of your hand. I was hesitant to try cooking in this manner because I was unfamiliar with the process.

LIKE ME, I'M AN EXTREMELY OLD GUY When I first opened the package of pecans, I noticed something familiar: they were old, just like me, and the pecans looked and tasted old
3/5

The unfortunate situation is that the seller does not want these OLD pecans, and I am unable to return them because the seller does not accept OLD pecans. Only in the United States of America.

Some of the pecans were delicious, while others were barely edible
3/5

I was hopeful because these were slightly less expensive than other brands. The ones that were fresh had a good flavor. Many of them were rubbery and flavorless, having outlived their usefulness. I gave them a three because they were only able to use about half of the bag.

It's very new! There were only a few broken ones, and they were still very fresh and tasty
5/5

I usually buy my pecans from a Georgia farmer, but when I received these, I immediately placed another order. I'm going to use them in my Christmas baking. Thank you so much for making these available to us. They're very tasty.

STALE! The bag was a good size for the price, but could it be that the freshness date was only 30 days away? br>Unfortunately, I had to contact customer service to request a refund
