Selected User Reviews For Nature's Eats Halves, Pecan, 16 Ounce (Pack of 1)
Earlier this year, I purchased these pecans at least three times, and each time they were fresh, large, unbroken halves, buttery, The last time, on the other hand, left me very disappointed, and I knew that even before 30 percent smaller than previous bags) and the bags (I bought two this time. sigh) looked like they had been stacked at The flavour is good, but not as good as those I had previously. If it makes any difference to anyone, these are the issues with this bag A unit was found at lot number 112337-A Item number 6 is available, and best buy date is April 10.
As they first came out, these were very good pecans the first couple of times I ordered them. This is the second order I have placed and I was very disappointed with Their appearance was similar to I found that my roaches had been chewed on. It looks like they've been sitting there for awhile. The pecan halves from Nature's Eats won't be on my shopping list In the grocery store, you'll find generic versions that.
In the past, I have used these to make caramel turtles, but the size is different than what I am used to. I. & II. A great deal of pieces are broken. This is a sample of what's in the bag in the first pic, this is the bag before I opened it, and this is the bag after I opened it In the third image, you can see a Kirkland pecan half next to examples of some of the whole halves that emerged from the Compared to the Kirkland one, there is only one other one that is comparable in size. In this bag, the majority of the flowers are much smaller in size. I do have to say, they are good-tasting and could probably be used for cookies or other things that didn't require an entire pecan half.
I love nuts for health reasons and because I love eating The last time I ate pecans was before I read that they can reduce cholesterol and might help prevent heart disease. The Nature Eats pecan halves I purchased were due to my previous purchase of them.
Pecan halves are falsely marketed and marketed as halves, but in reality, there are barely a quarter of the bag that is halves, and even those are heavily scuffed I did not like the taste at all. I had to use the pecan pieces as they were overpriced. Full pecan halves usually have their skins intact and are full of clean, brown color. It looked as if the chipped parts had been exposed to the elements. We won't buy from this company Nature's Eats is not the type of product I am interested in. The product is falsely advertised on Amazon, and I urge them to remove it.
This review pertains to - 16 Ounce Bag of Nature's Eats Halves - Pecan - It's such a good deal and tastes great! - This is a great value for the price per pound of Pecans that are available on Amazon. It's five stars all the way for these pecans. The following is a reiteration of This kind of pecan is regularly ordered. Please note Br>- Rather than for the high fat content, I eat pecans for the high fat content. As fat simulates the metabolic process of glucose synthesis, which results in weight loss, it helps to maintain low weight. Please note Br>- My only complaint isn't about Nature's Eats, but about Amazon Prime's shipping/fulfillment service their return policy is totally unfair. This is inconsistent. Pecans are packaged by the fulfillment centers at Amazon for delivery to customers. If you wish to prevent crushing pecans, or otherwise damaging them, they should be shipped in a box and not enclosed in a flimsy film bag. In general, I usually order two or more bags of pecans at a time. However, sometimes Amazon fulfilment puts the pecans in a box with air pillows, while in other cases Amazon fulfillment puts the pecans in an annoying shrunk plastic shipping bag. Nature's Eats needs to light a fire under Amazon fulfillment to ensure that their product is consistently shipped in a box, otherwise their fragile nut halves may break. Pecans cost as much per pound as steak if you buy them by the pound. Considering both the pecans' fragility and value per pound, I expect Amazon fulfillment to handle the pecans accordingly. Please note Br>- In the meantime, these pecans are consistently tasty and nutritious. There is not a nut that I dislike.
These pecans are bad to eat. I have eaten loads of nuts for years, and these are among the worst ones that I have ever tasted or smelled. Either they are old or some kind of chemical was put on them to alter the taste and smell. In my attempt to eat a few three or four times, I was nauseated afterward every time.
These are in my freezer and I got them ahead of holiday cooking. Regardless of what recipe you use, the pancakes come out fresh and delicious. Most of the bags are halves, which can be used to make decorations. Considering the vast number of intact pieces, it was very hard to pick just a few to chop out of them because they were all so beautiful. The price is great, even if you have to buy multiples because the quality is so good. The bag is resealable as well.
