You won't taste macadamia nuts in this product. What I got was a scam. The bottle I received did not look anything like the picture. Despite being labeled as organic, the food was not Despite looking like macadamia oil, the taste was not like it. It was very similar to the macadamia nut oil I used to get but I found it to be a very neutral oil and it was very expensive. Two tastes of the oil were undertaken, first from a spoon, and then from my favorite oil on the bench, in an effort to protect myself from any temporary sensory deficiency that might influence my verdict. If you are a fan of macadamia oil for its distinctive taste, you'll find this oil disappointing.
I bought a tube of leave-in conditioner that is one ounce. was made up of two ingredients, one of which was macadamia nut oil. Since then, I have been using Macadamia Nut Oil from International Oils, and I am very pleased with how soft my hair felt. I use one small bottle once a week and it lasts me nearly a year. My regular bottle of Vitamin E ran out this year, and I found NOW brand, which was more for less money + My first time trying Macadamia Nut oil was today and I was blown away by its goodness. It still leaves my hair feeling incredible soft and It's probably time for me to try this out as I have never used this stuff to cook with, preferring Rice Bran Oil for its health advantages. I may have to give it a shot one day, though. A brief update My skin has never looked better since I switched to Macadamia Nut Oil as part of my oil cleansing method. My skin lately has been extremely dry and rough and I think that it is because Macadamia Nut oil closely matches our own natural sebum. It has been two weeks since I used natural oils and the only thing that has worked is over the counter products. Recently I heard about the Oil-Cleansing method for skin care and I mixed Almond Oil with the Macadamia Nut Oil and now my skin is extremely soft and smooth. I used Almond Oil in the past, but it didn't last. There's no word for how relieved I am. As I had hoped, it feels great and I use it on my whole body. Paleo Mayonnaise is one of the things I bought for this recipe. I do not like the taste of coconut oil for cooking, so I wasn't sure what I would think. I do not see an issue here. In fact, it does not even taste like macadamia oil to me. The product has been used to cook spinach, onions, mushrooms, etc. multiple times without any problems. I like that it will work even at high heat without deteriorating.
