Adding it to a smoothie or drink before or after exercising is a good idea. Amazon has a much better price than the health foods store we normally go to.

In my opinion, I would buy this product It gives a good taste and seems to help with constipation if you suffer from this problem I have tried many other products but this one is the best I have found
