This size of bag of flaxseed will last about a month in my household, as my husband and I eat large amounts of it. Flax eggs are perfect as an egg substitute for smoothies, cereals, waffle batter, and baking. The flavor of this is exactly as expected, compared to the usual brand. However, this one is ground finer as well, which is nice. I like it very much and it is sealed in a plastic bag.

It is the perfect amount of flaxseed for smoothies. You'll enjoy the taste of it - it adds a nice taste and is very fresh This is a great product and it has great quality. The fact that it can be eaten straight from the bag is also very nice. You can set this over salads and other dishes and it will be delicious. My vote is for two thumbs up!.

The organic flax seed I use is good quality. I sprinkle it on my cereal all the time.
