This is what I use in my smoothies for my health. As I mix them in the blender, they get ground up. If you plan to eat flax after grinding them, you shouldn't do that until they're ready to eat. As soon as I open them, I put them in the refrigerator. The best combination of health and perfection! This ingredient can be added to salads, oatmeal, or any other dish. Besides keeping you regular, it keeps your health in check.
I bought it to make hair gel (curly girl method) and the result is great. Wet it down and pour it into the water to make gel.
There is nothing bad I can It tastes good and is a good product. Adding it to salads or other foods for a nice topping that is very healthy is my favorite way to use it. It seems as if a little goes a long way, so a good size bag would be good.
I feel that this is overpriced. It is available for $6 at Whole Foods. A regular price of $99 is available.
