With organic hemp, chia, and flax, you get the best of all worlds! There is a small amount of coconut sugar in it. I've sprinkled on yogurt a couple of times it makes it good for sprinkling on yogurt. Making it sweet or unhealthy doesn't change its nutritional value. In addition to fiber, the seeds include proteins that can be processed by the body in a manner that does not cause inflammation. It's amazing! I love it!.

The bag has a misprint. I cannot believe how bad this tastes! It does not get sweeter due to the coconut. The terrible taste overwhelms my smoothie, reminding me of what sawdust mixed with rotten food would taste like. Surely there's something out there with a better taste and the same health benefits as that. On the back of the bag, there is a print misprint that says that each serving size is 14 grams (one tablespoon). In the bag I received, it says that the serving size is 2 tbsp (14 grams), so that's correct. 1 tbsp is equal to 1/2 oz, so it's 14 grams. It's a mess! The weight of two tablespoons is equal to one ounce or My recommendation for this product is to stay away from it. This is the first time I've tried this and I don't like it at all! After reading all of the reviews on here that said it tastes so great, I am thinking that my taste buds have been messed up because this does not taste good. I will add it to a smoothie to see if it tastes better. The yogurt I had today was enhanced with it. There was absolutely no point to it. The result is somewhat disappointing, but I will finish it regardless.
I really liked mixing this with my morning grind. A combination of nuts, oats, cereal, and dried fruit. Gluten sensitivity prevents me from eating this product, and the product description does state that it is gluten free, but it does not state it on the package. Within a pretty short amount of time, I had a pretty intense reaction as a result of how much I had. Other than that, there was no change in my diet. There are no gluten-free ingredients in this recipe.
