If you're looking for a hair product, this is it. Boil it for 15 to 20 minutes on low heat and you've got yourself a fantastic hair treatment.
It's critical to purchase whole and grind a small amount that can be stored in the refrigerator. My coffee grinder comes in handy. Using Weck tulip jars from Amazon, pour 1/2 cup milk into the bottom of the strawberry, then 1/4 cup steel cut or rolled oats, and 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed. Refrigerate after mixing and clipping on the lid (I don't use the canning ring). I add frozen blueberries and enjoy the next day, not the next day. It doesn't get any more straightforward than that. Flax, according to Dr. Greger, is essential. Also amazing are the weck jars.
This is a full two pounds of flax seeds in their natural state. It's packaged in a large resealable ziplock bag. Yes, I did open it and poured my flax seeds into a large mason jar. These are fresh and have a pleasant nutty flavor. I grind them and use them to make homemade quark cheese. They give the creamy cheese a delicious nutty flavor. What's more, there are additional health benefits. In the two pounds of seeds, there is no waste or flax seeds. Raw flax seed is hard to come by at a better price. This is close to the cost of 25 pounds. which I had previously purchased AND which I did not receive Non- Until now, everything has been genetically modified. In the production of products such as raw shelled hemp seed, Canada appears to have an advantage over the US. Needless to say, I'm a happy camper who eats a scoop of raw flax seed every day with my bowl of granola (Nature's Path Hemp Plus). To grind the beans, I use a coffee grinder, which works perfectly. I make enough for a week's worth of grinding. This is something you should do as a non-profit organization. With the exception of what you manage to mash in your chewing, most ground flax seed will pass right through you.
Normally, I buy this in bulk to get a better idea of what 100% flax seed looks like, but COVID- The bulk section of the supermarket was shut down on January 19. There are an unusually large number of light brown stem pieces in this package. In my morning smoothie, I use flax seed. Flax seed and all other ingredients are masticated by the Blendtec, resulting in a smooth consistency (yeah, "smoothie," right?). So they don't get stuck in my throat. Stems, on the other hand, aren't seeds; they're just food. There is no charge for filler. It's time to clean up your act!.

I bought these because they're good for lowering triglycerides and balancing my cholesterol levels, as well as preventing future health issues, such as serious ones that can lead to early death. I was ecstatic when I discovered such a good deal, especially considering how much a bottle of 2-year-old wine can cost. 4 oz flax seeds (raw or non-dairy) seeds that are organic!.
It is extremely time consuming and difficult to shop for healthy foods while avoiding cross contamination!! I'm grateful to this company for making it simple to get some super healthy foods without worrying about gluten or nut contamination. I ordered non-alcoholic beverages by mistake. Flax seeds that are organic. I should have known better, but they were so inexpensive that I decided to take a chance. As soon as they arrived, I realized I couldn't eat seeds that had been sprayed with Roundup! I just put these in my pantry to keep for Armageddon or the apocalypse. To replace them, I purchased some organic ones. . . but that's a different review: ) So, if you don't care about organics, I'm afraid I can't help you with these because I didn't even open the bag.
