I really like the question you asked. As far as Mercola is concerned, I checked it. As stated in the website chat, the company had not exposed the product to prolonged heat tests since this was not the original intended use of the product. While there may still be some benefits, we cannot guarantee them, and we do recommend consuming the product in its original form, such as mixed with water. There is little information to be given, so it doesn't help, but I still find it interesting.
It is recommended that you crush the seeds as listed on the label of this blend in order to get the best nutritional results. Due to the presence of psyllium in this blend, it is not recommended to soak the blend because it will become soggy and mushy.
Because it is not on the label, there is no way for me to know.
It is packed with psyllium husks, so I would guess that it would not be ideal for sprouting.

This product was purchased under the assumption that the flax seeds were There is no such thing. On the Dr. Mercola website, the customer service representative confirmed that the seeds are not ground and that this product needs to be ground before use, or else the body will simply pass through it and not use its In my opinion, that would be deceptive not to note on the label. I told the help desk at Dr. Mercola this.
When I use this blend in my oatmeal, it really thickens and gelatinizes it. There are more than one type of seed in this blend, which is why I like it.
There is nothing I love more than this. With the addition of flax, psyllium husks, hemp seeds, black cumin seeds, chia seeds, and black sesame seeds, this mixture is one of the most nutritious foods anywhere. Will buy it again! I put it in smoothies, juices, and on my avocado toast.
The ingredient is in some water, but I think I need to figure out how to use it in a recipe.
I use it on salads and really enjoy it.
My body feels better and I feel regular thanks to it!.
The taste was not to my liking when eaten alone. Blended into a smoothie is much more effective.
