I did not find it Smoothies made from this fruit are delicious!
Though it doesn't say vegan in the package, I didn't see any wheat ingredient in it. I didn't see any spices, either, but it's not spicy. The incident has not been reacted to by my daughter. Please find the answer to your question below
I think it would be better suited to a smoothie, but you can certainly do it.
You can actually refrigerate the bag after opening, because it says so on the back.

As a result, I was wary of trying this, since I had tried flax and whole chia separately, and my stomach felt upset. My stomach has never been upset by this stuff, it actually tastes decent and is nicely ground. I top my yogurt with it with granola and berries, and I have never had any issues with it. As a result, I think I need it now.
Due to the ground up seeds, it tastes great mixed with my overnight oats. It doesn't get stuck in my teeth because it is ground up.
Any recipe that calls for dessert or breakfast or smoothie would benefit from having this product. It was 1 hour after I consumed it in a cake I made that I went to the bathroom. You can use this if you want a natural way to help you use the bathroom!.
The great thing about adding ginger to smoothies is that it adds a nice flavor (along with health benefits) and no extra sugar is needed.
A favorite of mine, this breakfast mix is a delicious combination of flavors. Maple is one of my favorite flavors.
I love this stuff so much. There ought to be a regular Prime version of this movie instead of only.
I haven't tried this myself, but I know she loves it.
Blend it into smoothies or oatmeal and enjoy. You're the best.
