Fluff doesn't need to be kept in the refrigerator. It's fine as long as it's not exposed to heat (it's sugar), and I keep mine in the cupboard.
I'm inclined to believe it's synthetic vanillin from a commercial source.

One of my biggest regrets when I moved to Arizona in 1996 was not being able to buy "Fluff. " I was able to obtain knockoffs but not the genuine article. I only recently found out that I could buy on Amazon. I'm overjoyed. br>br>I'm overjoyed. I can't believe I have this product that makes you smile back in my kitchen cabinet at the age of 76. It's heavenly swirling Fluff and Skippy together, and it makes me feel like a kid again. It's absolutely fantastic!!.
Peanut butter and fluff was a staple of my childhood in New England. I'd forgotten about Fluff for years until I remembered it one day and had to re-order it. relive your youth I strongly advise you to try Fluff if you haven't already. It's a sugary, sweet treat that goes well with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. There's nothing I can say about this product that I don't like because it's still packaged and tastes just like I remember it. You'll be glad you did if you give it a shot!.
Craig Alanson's Expeditionary Force Book Series introduced me to the concept of a Fluffernutter, as did many others. (The audiobooks are fantastically narrated, and I highly recommend them. ) br>br>I was also made aware that there are several brands of fluff available, all of which are significantly inferior to this fluff. I agree. This is a vast improvement over the alternatives. I strongly suggest it.
Normally, this is extremely sweet, but I find it to be less so than other brands - which is another reason I like this brand. br>The seller was courteous and followed up to ensure I was satisfied, which I was, and I will buy from this seller again!.

I had read so much about it that I decided to order some just to try it. I didn't think it was very good. It is spreadable, to be sure, but it isn't all that different from the standard marshmallow creme that is widely available and much less expensive.
For what seemed like years, I'd been craving a fluffer nutter sandwich, but I couldn't find it in my local stores. As a result, I gave in and purchased this jar. It survived because of the nostalgia, but the volume is overpriced. With two heaping spoons per sandwich, I got about 5 sandwiches out of the plastic jar. I overestimated the amount of 7. 5 oz was. Given how light fluff is, I assumed this was the larger jar.
So, this is the most incredible gift I've ever received! I'm from New England, specifically Western Massachusetts. My lovely niece moved to Hawaii about ten years ago and now has two young children who have never been "back home" and have never tasted Marshmallow Fluff. My niece requested that I send her some New England souvenirs for her young children to enjoy, and this was her top choice. Needless to say, this will be a monthly gift, because once you've tried it with peanut butter and white bread, you'll know what I'm talking about. I've become the most popular Great Aunt in the family!.
