It is so good to have marshmallows like these! I needed to make her a cake or some dessert with candles for her birthday as she is a vegan (I am not). My first thought after seeing these rice crispy treats on Amazon was to have them for a snack. First, I was skeptical—vegan marshmallows? I thought that was too bizarre. Is that true? According to research, standard marshmallows contain gelatin, which is a no go for vegans. However, these Dandies pass the vegan test due to the fact that no gelatin is used. Buying three 10oz bag of these they came super fast since I have Prime. Anyways, I opened a bag and tasted it. Size, texture, shape, and believe it or not, the taste all matched a non-vegan Having been impressed, I am writing this. I didn't even have to search online for a special vegan recipe for rice crispy treats because the bag had a recipe right in it not only did these taste good but also I didn't have to think about the vegan recipe. On the night of the party, everyone loved them and they were a big My leftovers the next day were so good that I didn't even have any left. The fact that they taste great makes these a must buy for anyone, vegans or meat eaters.

My favorite way to make a S'more is to - Toast a marshmallow (if you can, on a stick over a fire). Grab some graham crackers and some Hershey's and eat them. I was pleasantly surprised, but a bit hesitant, to find these vegan alternatives. Many of the recipes I saw online for vegan marshmallows didn't appear to look the same as regular marshmallows, and many told me not to roast them over a fire. However, after reading some positive reviews, I decided to give it a shot. Our family had a weenie roast with veggie dogs and marshmallows tonight. It was impossible for me to tell any difference! Even though these vegan marshmallows brown and burn like regular marshmallows, they are still very healthy. All of us enjoyed them very much One senior adult, one child, and two adults were in attendance. The wonderful world of marshmallows is open to vegetarians and vegans alike!.

The Vegan lifestyle is my preferred way of life. A standard marshmallow tastes great, though I don't remember what it tastes like. There is less fluffy in this, but it is denser. You can use it in s'mores or hot cocoa because, to your taste, it tastes It is different in that it is not as light and fluffy, but a bit hefty in the hand, a little like crossing a marshmallow with salt water taffy, somewhere in the middle there. Those people who like natural foods can also eat these, because they are natural without vanillin (artificial) or artificial colors or flavors, as standard marshmallows do.

When it comes to golden browning these things, I'm a patient guy and a veteran marshmallow toaster, and they did respond just as they should have. Those s'mores turned out perfectly (make sure the chocolate is slightly warm to get the right amount of gooeyness. There was no difference between the two. In the end, I would have given 5 stars if - (A) they tasted the same as the originals or (B) they were the same size. They're a bit smaller and just as tasty. Those are the only details you need to take into account when making your choice.

Dandy marshmallows have been good to me for the past year, but I was really disappointed in the order of 6 bags I recently received. It seemed as if the bags of marshmallows were all in the wrong. Gritty and mushy, they were all stuck together and had a weird texture. It was in a big clump in part of the bag. It was necessary for me to throw away all six This order will be placed with Thrive again, since I have had a good experience with them in the past.

You may want to think about it as In the store I bought them, I was satisfied with them. The order I had placed had arrived half melted and disgusting. An issue with shipping or a problem with a product could be responsible for that. In our opinion, they are just as tasty as non vegan marshmallows, so you can toast them, eat them, or melt them down and use them in Gelatin is the one ingredient I avoid like the plague. I'm not vegan, but I am vegetarian, so I avoid it at all cost. The vegetarian/vegan alternatives that these people make aren't as gross as hell, but when they're not a mess in the bag, they're fantastic.
