It is a pleasure to eat them. Marshmallows made from gelatin are better than those made from gelatin. The gelatin ones are no longer an option for you to eat. Even if you want to make your own rice krispies treats, this will work just fine. It is unclear to me why Amazon is charging so much for this item. There is a tendency for it to fluctuate between being tolerable and being insanely expensive. This is now where I buy these instead. Thanks to LuckyVitamin, they are selling them at a good price.
It is usually at Natural Grocer where I purchase these. Since I was a child, I ate them. I like to serve these with pretzels and chocolate chips as a treat. The last four packs I ordered were absolutely perfect! They were light, fluffy, white and fluffy! Mallows should be fluffy and sweet like a mallow.

This is nice, but I don't like it when the marshmallows get mashed together. For the second time, Amazon has packed these in a big box with other heavy items and there is no protection at all. Choosing a vegan food with low HFCS content is a nice addition to the list of ingredients, however I think they could have better ingredients I would have given them four stars if they had not damaged the package during shipping.
