Product Description

Bakers Ammonia is a leavening agent commonly used in old-fashioned recipes, but unlike baking soda or powder, it does not produce an alkaline taste.

The secret ingredient of the best cookies is baking ammonia because it creates a light, tender, and extremely crunchy cookie. Kosher certification for this item is available.

When it comes to these items, stick to your tried and true baking soda and/or powder.

Cookies and crackers can be made more crispy by blending baking ammonia (ammonium carbonate) with olive oil by OliveNation.

Questions & Answers

Are you using baker's ammonia as a replacement for baking soda and powder or in addition to them? Do you need to modify a recipe for this to work?

There was an old ancient recipe that was used in place of baking powder. I'm not 100% sure that's what it was used for. Opening the over door is no problem as long as you don't inhale too deeply. You will feel better right away after using this remedy.

The exterior is crisp and the interior is soft. Cookie dough like this is great for making tempting treats. This product will make your cookies stand out. Don't use it in any other products. You can make the best cookies ever during Christmas cookie time. Keep in mind that our brave troops fighting for freedom love cookies all the time. Make sure you stock up on ammonia for bakers and a few delicious recipes.
