This is not our GMO-free Duck Fat, but a Pasture Raised Duck Fat. There are still many benefits to Cage Free, such as being more economical.

Do these ducksgrains have no grains in them?

It is and always will be grain-free duck fat. The grain in their feed is the same for all Farmed Ducks. If you want grain free duck fat, you would have to hunt wild ducks. We could not find any grain or soybean proteins in the test when we performed it.

Foods that are baked with this seasoning add a rich flavor without overpowering the foods they are used with, and it gives your food a crisp exterior. As a jar can last you quite some time, you will be surprised how long you can use it for.

The duck fat I've recently been eating has been introduced to me by my son. Now that I've tried it, I can't go back to lard. Pie and fries are also useless. I love how light and delicate this pie crust is, and it doesn't get soggy even after days in the fridge. This is unreal.
