Letter B on one has a hole in it, but the item is not black, it's dull grayish black dull in color. Sorry to hear that. It's the same model I bought previously and was really happy with it. It's likely these are defective, and the company might have sent them to the wrong address. As I tried to return, I was informed that they were not eligible for return, which is a bummer.

Okay, so it's very cute, but it caught on fire and we stopped the party to put it out. There was no indication at all on the product's details that it would catch on fire so easily.

I do not recommend this product because it is not black at all, it is faded, and I can tell that it is old and not strong enough. Don't waste your money, though, as Amazon will not let you return it.
