There is a great deal of fineness to this It is not clear to me if this is a gluten-free Thank you for making my day.
The one I have I keep in the cupboard and use whenever I need it
My culinary skills are far from being accomplished, so I doubt this is true. The flour we use for making cakes, cookies, and pancakes can also be used for homemade bread. I use this flour for everything else we have used other flours for in the past. It works great
Fine grind flour such as this is great Baking lovers will love this!

There were no words for how awful this was. purchased it because Bob's Red Mill gf oat flour was unavailable, and I thought it would be different from the Bob's Red Mill gf oat flour. The oat flour we have here is not finely ground. Some of the stalk pieces may have been mixed in with it. The gf oat bread recipe I normally use tasted grainy when I made it with this. I noticed my whole family was noticing it as well. In an oatmeal bath, I just used this product that I ordered directly from Bob's Red Mill. I would never waste money on something like that.
I've found these to be the only gluten free AND organic oats I've found so far. A problem I have is that many of the hulls have been left behind and it is unpleasant to bite into them. The average number of replies I get is about four In one bowl of oatmeal, you'll find five hulls. However, I love this brand despite those negative aspects.
The flour from which I just ordered my third bag has been delivered, and I'll continue to purchase I find it to be a PERFECT substitute for regular flour because it has the perfect consistency. It is easy to use since all you need to do is follow the steps It is a 1 to 1. This is a great choice if you like to eat GF.
The first thing I made with it was dairy, gluten, and egg free pancakes (2 bananas instead of eggs). I loved A delicious and healthy treat.
It should be oat flour. I ordered the wrong product. A bag of stone ground oats was delivered to me. My bread can't be baked in it. The photo does not correspond to the reality.
Gluten free oats that are true to their name. As a celiac, these are the only oats I can eat. I recommend this company for its delicious food, secure environment, and excellent service.
This product is made with organic and GF ingredients! No Monsanto! This is perfect!.
