Although I prefer to cook them, I have eaten them raw too. A milk bath is all that is needed. I prefer them chewy this way, but I do like how they are.
On the package there is no indication if the product is gluten free, so I am assuming it isn't. There is only a mention of organic in the description.

It is the first thing I eat in the morning.
It is super easy to make, and we actually pack one to take on vacation! We include flax seeds or chia seeds, honey, nuts, and berries.
The fact that I can buy this on Amazon is a plus for me since I use it regularly as a fiber supplement. The brand is of a high quality, in my opinion.
Good bread with salt-free butter, apricot preserves, and salt-free butter.
This is a great food for the digestive.
I add it to my cat's food daily and add it whenever the recipe calls for it.
The store supplied our family with good oat bran at a lower cost.
