You can boil it on the stove or microwave it. It makes for a satisfying breakfast. Add fruit or nuts - it's your choice. A fresh or dried fruit or vegetable is best Maple syrup is also known as maple sugar. Depending on the amount of water added, it can make the dough more or less firm. You can make a bowl of breakfast in the microwave in just 2 minutes. My purchase was prompted by the fact that this is one of the few breakfast cereals that does not contain sugar. It would be nice to have a wider choice of sugar-free cereals. It is easy to close the bags because they are Ziplock.

The only oatmeal that gets eaten in my house is this one. I love it, but that's what makes it great. Except for making granola, I do not use any other kind of oatmeal. In addition to that, they had an awesome recipe for muffins that had loads of nuts, raisins, carrots, etc. , and it was a total hit. You will never want to go to anyone else after visiting Bob's Red Mill once!.
