Are you cooking oatbran for long periods of time?

After bringing the water to a boil and adding the oat bran, I reduce the heat to a simmer and stir for 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Wait 2 minutes after you have finished. In the label it states to cook for 5 minutes, but I was able to cook it for 3 minutes, then leave it to sit for an additional minute.

Oat ban has a shelf life of how long?

don't remember precisely when I bought it but it has been on my counter for quite some time now. There's no doubt that Andrew Lessman's products are the best, and I would never buy anything else's. I most definitely do not recommend anyone else's because they work and I'm keeping some that are probably past their shelf life as long as possible. By looking at my blood work, I know they are still working. Trust me, he is a trustworthy person

In light of his kidney stones, my husband's diet is very low in oxalate, so we had to give up oatmeal due to its high oxalate content. Research showed that oat bran has the lowest oxalate content of any cereal, so we decided to try it. We spent a considerable amount of time researching brands so we could choose one that would be both organic and tasty. Our research convinced us to buy it, though we had some sticker shock at the price. Even with the hefty price tag, the oat bran is top notch and delicious. This is one of our absolute favorites, and we eat it twice a week in lieu of dinner, leaving plenty of leftovers to reheat in the microwave for lunch or snacks. Also, we used it in banana oat pancakes and it was very tasty. This is a very nutty, smooth coffee! It has an amazing texture that is thick and creamy. Although we will continue to buy this brand of bags in the future, the bags are large, and we expect one to last for several months before we need to replace it. Great job, I love.

I like how creamy this is Don't let the bran part fool you. It can be creamy too. As a breakfast, I eat this On top of using hot water, sometimes I add ground flax and a sweetener as well. Health/nutrition reasons led me to get it and I needed it to maintain my energy level and blood sugar level. When I add hot water from my hot pot, it cooks and thickens.
