There is a learning curve associated with this product. It was a disaster on the first try, but much better on the second try. The only issue I have is that it does not have a measuring scoop, which is essential for this product. * Since I was able to only use a microwave, the eggs were only cooked that way. This was the first time I was disappointed in this product. I have been buying it for two years without any problems, but the last bag I bought was not the same. As opposed to the picture that is shown above, the powder was more powder like in nature. The icing turned out much thicker and when colored with the food coloring, I had to add so much more to get the color I needed, and then it tasted like food coloring, and when I decorated my cookies, they came out almost dull and didn't shine like they used I ordered a second bag thinking it was just a fluke, but it was the same powder and same result as the first. It didn't matter if I was just baking for my family, but I run an in-home cookie business so my cookies have to look and taste perfect. My final purchase was Anthony's egg white powder which turned out much better than the other powders.

As soon as the package was opened, it would not seal again. Whenever I transferred the egg white powder to a sealed plastic container, all of it spilled over the counter (a big mess). It would be best if one wore a particle mask when performing this task. I wouldn't want to breathe in the stuff since it flies all over.
