In the product label, you'll see the word organic or an organic graphic directly above the product name. Bob's Red Mill flour products that are certified organic by the company are branded accordingly. I hope you find this helpful.

Oat flour is an excellent substitute for wheat flour if you want to make bread and cookies that are actually tasty. Bob's Red Mill produces a lot of good quality products which we use, including several of their products.
In order to avoid Celiac Disease and make my pregnancy easier, I ordered GF oat flour. A gluten-free diet can be detrimental to me, as severe consequences can result from consuming gluten. Following the receipt of the oat flour (and after baking with it) I realized this is not the gluten-free version of Bob's Red Mill Oat Flour, but the regular version. This bag includes a sticker on the back that mislabels it as "Gluten-Free," but the bag itself (and the product) does not conform to that claim. A person with health concerns could potentially be subjected to a very dangerous scenario if they ride on this. Amazon refunded me for the product after I told them about the mistake.
This flour does not contain gluten and I make pancakes from it. There is no problem using this flour. In addition to applesauce or pumpkin, I mix it with our batter to add moisture. In addition to the velcro type closure, I appreciate the practical design of the You can close it completely and open it again easily.
Not all flours are equal one should pair it with one that is harder. As of yet, I have not mastered making gluten-free recipes You can now get free bread from your bread machine after having regular bread for so long. I think you might want to add extra moisture as it seemed to run a little dry as well. The flour I receive from Bob's Red Mill continues to serve me well.
Cakes and cookies will taste great when it is added.
I like other products from him as well.
